Q2: Can I delete reviews if I do not like them?

Just like almost most Internet based review systems, we cannot remove reviews for not being favorable to the subject. That would discourage writers from being honest and discourage readers from trusting them, thereby undermining the usefulness of the system. You may report foul language and obscene material, and in fact we encourage you to do so. We will review such complaints on a case-by-case basis. YellowMousepad has no obligation to act or not act to remove reviews or any other web content created by 3rd parties. Any actions take by YellowMousepad is at our sole discretion and implies no responsibility or commitment of any kind. You may remove your advertisement from our directory at anytime without refund.
Q3: Can I write a response to my reviews?
A: Yes. You are able to write responses to your online reviews. The responses will be displayed directly below the original review. This will allow you to have the “last word”, giving you the chance to correct any misconceptions that a review might contain.
Q4: What is a YellowMousepad ID and how do I find it?
A: A YellowMousepad ID is a unique identification number assigned to each company listed in YellowMousepad. It is not displayed publicly and should only be known to YellowMousepad, the company, and the company's clients.
A company should give its YellowMousepad ID to its clients when service begins. Failure to give the ID to paying clients who request it could result in removal of a listing. In all other cases the ID should be kept confidential. By knowing a company's YellowMousepad ID, a person demonstrates a high probability of being a legitimate client of that company. This can be useful in the event of a disagreement regarding a review.

Q5: What will be in your monthly newsletter?
A: The newsletter may not even be sent as often as once per month. For regular users in your area the newsletter will contain links to your ad. For both users and advertisers, the newsletter will contain new site features. For advertisers only, the newsletter will contain future opportunities even better than this one!
In addition to important new offers from YellowMousepad, and new site features, this newsletter may also occasionally contain interesting technology news that will help service providers remain competitive... but never more than once a month.
Q6: Why can't I decline the monthly newsletter?
A: We will try our best not to bother you, but we might need to communicate important news to you from time to time. We won't do it any more often than once per month. That's not too much is it? We'll also never sell or share your information to anyone else.
